I’m not sure which corporation the company sold out to but the website is hard to navigate, intentionally confusing, pushing more items as I’m just trying to verify my order and pay for the items I want. It went from being a company with a good product and a straightforward checkout process to a greedy mess. I won’t be back. I spoke to the friend who originally suggested me to the site years ago and she feels the same way. Gaining profits and losing customers.

I did not like not finding a way to return my purchase which was too large for me. Customer service is poor

If it weren't for your terrific staff member, Mae, I would rate Cool-Jam service with one star. I wanted to return items AND I wanted express service, your online interface system needs a significant overhaul. I'm accustomed to doing everything on line - quickly and efficiently. I ordered a nightgown and tee/pants set for travel to Europe, and the experience was extremely frustrating. It required numerous time-consuming interactions via email with Mae (who was lovely). I highly recommend you update your website OR sell your products on Amazon with the opportunity for express service.
