I ordered a memory pillow and have not received a confirmation email or any information at all!! This company took my money and yet no contact from them whatsoever! I'm very disappointed with this situation!!

I tried to order 4 and i could only fill the order in with one person not 4 individual people like i needed so i was unable to get the discount

Deceptive advertising, product isn't what it looks like

Ordered over a month ago, says it shipped after 5 days of placing the order. Tracking number received but it has never left the origin country. Messaged customer support 2 days ago and was told it will be another 2-3 weeks before delivery. Cannot dispute the charges due to tracking number appearing valid. Be wary on ordering from this site.

I have sent several requests to confirm that you received the correct picture. No one has responded, it shows a picture of an elderly women and not my dog!

DEFINITELY not what I was expecting and NOT worth the money!

My mistake for ordering. I was less than happy with what I received. I was under the impression that I would receive a 3 dimensional motorcycle NOT a flat ornament. I will not be ordering from this company again as their advertising is VERY misleading

Ordered a pet memorial pillow for a young lady who lost her service dog to cancer. Never received the pillow and emailed the company and never got a response. Was looking forward to her receiving this as a gift in honor of her beloved service dog. Would not ever order anything from this company!!!!!!!!!!!!!
