ConveraReviews of convera.com

Kassim has dealt with my money transfers for many years. He is not only efficient and professional in his dealings but always had time for a friendly chat. Nothing is too much trouble for him. On one occasion when I accidently transposed two numbers on my transfer and my payment got lost he solved the matter quickly and efficiently. Following his companies decision to discontinue private transfers i will have difficultyf finding another currency exchange professional of Kassims calibre.

Kassin Jaffer has been a delight to deal with. Always efficient and always pleasant. I warmly recommend him.

I have dealt with Kassim over the past few years and always been very helpful and Courteous with every deal I have made, the transfers where always on time and made correctly. Apart from dealing, he always makes time to have a pleasant conversation I hope that we can continue with the great service in the years to come John Soden

Honest, foreign exchange brokers, who I have used, since 2009, to buy a house, in the United States of America. Update, and sell it, then buy two further French properties. They answer all phone calls, give you realistic live quotes. And once account, is set up, it works quickly, & efficiently. You have to get to know how to work with the back office, department, services teams. They set up, accounts, and the payee details, correctly. You have, to be perfect, it is the nature of Foreign Exchange. There are other businesses in the private client market, but I can rely, on them, not to add any fees, they get a margin of about <1% better than banks, or most, other Forex brokers. It is a way, for consumers, to access mid-market rates, on the currency markets, and a trade is always documented. If you work in real estate, or have a project, overseas, I give my recommendation, to Kassim Jaffer, private client account adviser, and his team.

Great experience working with Kassim Jaffer. Clear communication and everything went as planned.

I have dealt with Daniel Gunn at Convera for approximately 6 years at least and have found the service that he provides on behalf on Convera to be exceptional. The timely responses we receive and customer support are second to none - I personally wouldn’t go anywhere else for our overseas payments.

5 Stars is not enough. Service has been excellent. Refunds speedily returned. Even phoned me with updates. Emails replied to in minutes. I would recommend to anyone sending to the Middle East. Thank you Convera

I have worked with Convera (formerly Western Union) for a number of years now for our business FX hedging. They are not only competitive in their pricing, but also the service I have received through Curtis has been excellent. He is always contactable and quick to respond with trade ideas that fit our business model. Payments are also prompt, and I would not hesitate in recommending their services.
