ConveraReviews of convera.com

Dealing with the team at Convera, especially Erik Snucins and Shaegun, has always been a pleasure. The transaction requested gets verified and completed in a timely manner and the response time is quick and efficient.

Easy to deal with, efficient service, cost-effective solution for our travel company paying many vendors in different currencies. Favorable exchange rates. Erik is very professional and responsive.

We've been using Western Union (now Convera) services over 5 years, for our oversea payments, thousands of transactions per year. Excellent services! Convera team provides high professional, efficient support all the time, and always helpful to improve our automatic payment process between our bank and ERP system. It's been a great pleasure working with Neil Stewart and Bradley Mack team.

Very proactive and friendly team that have presented different hedging ideas since started using them for securing currency forward.

The best thing about Convera is Erik Snucins. We have used Convera for years and have always been pleased with how convenient the website had been and how easily we could get help when we needed it. But when we started working with Erik, that help hit a new high. He is always available, helpful, quick and a joy to work with. He came through for us in every problem.

I run a specialist travel business and I've been working with Laura at Convera for four or five years now, and with her at Western Union before it changed its name. She's taking the time and trouble over the years to understand our FX needs, and to make good suggestions as to how to satisfy them. There's been no pressure sales – and any currency instruments that she suggests are always very well explained, with a discussion on the pros and cons. So I'm very happy to be working with Laura and Convera; I think they're very good. Hence I was happy to write this review. :-)

For small charities operating overseas it can be challenging to manage exchange rate risks as most mainstream banks do not offer the required services outside of mainstream currencies. Convera provides us with access to forward contracts and overseas payments, plus the ability to keep currency in a holding account for up to 180 days. Service is prompt and supportive.

We have used Convera for decades to support our forex hedging and have found the team competent, responsive, supportive and delivering on our value expectations year after year. They provide regular market updates both remotely, in person and through various events. I unhesitatingly recommend them. Their relationship management is first class and has been a major differentiator.
