Can someone contact me please regarding support case 05893692 initially raised on 10 August 2023. After changing a beneficary name (but not the account number or swift code, just an update to the beneficiary name) on a payment sent on 9 August my supplier has still not received the funds. I am no longer receiving any response to my emails or further posts on the support section as i urgently need to know when my supplier will receive the funds we have sent. Its now 15 days since the payment was submitted and the lack of support so far is very worrying

submit fees on 14 may until now its not credited , every week convera send email for more documents

We have used GlobalPay to pay foreign law firms for legal work for many years. Since Convera took over, service has gone steadily downhill. They raise onerous security issues that make no sense. Customer service is frequently unavailable; (I used to be able to talk to my customer service representative whenever I needed to, now I'm told to leave a message). The website frequently doesn't work. We're looking for another solution.

I am writing this review to warn others about the fraudulent practices of Convera, a subsidiary of Western Union Business Solutions (Hong Kong) Limited. As the Chairman of TBK TELECOM (HONGKONG) LIMITED, I sent a sum of 41,000.00 Euro from my Netherlands company "Fabrica Telecom" using convera.com on October 2, 2022. However, Convera returned the money to the sender, claiming that the sender's company name did not match our account name on convera.com. Despite multiple attempts to recover the funds, I have not received the returned amount to date. Convera.com has created a lot of excuses in the past, and they continue to do so, but nothing has been resolved, and none of the funds have been recovered. Recently, they have been non-responsive to all our calls and emails, which is unprofessional. As a result, I feel scammed by Convera, and I strongly advise against using this company. I want everybody to know before doing anything with this company, that they are not trustworthy and have fraudulent practices. I want to make it clear that we are taking legal action in Hong Kong with our lawyers to recover our funds and hold Convera and Western Union Business Solutions (Hong Kong) Limited accountable for their actions. I urge anyone who has experienced similar issues to report Convera and Western Union Business Solutions (Hong Kong) Limited to the relevant authorities and take legal action to protect themselves and others from these fraudulent practices
