We're sorry to hear about your frustration and appreciate the opportunity to clarify. Your order was shipped the same day as it was placed using Second Day Air, as requested. Due to the New Year holiday, UPS experienced delays that were outside of our control. Once an order is handed off to the carrier, delivery timelines are managed by them; however, the package is in transit and tracking information reflects its progress. We are always happy to assist with tracking or follow up with the carrier if needed, and we encourage you to reach out to us directly so we can help resolve this for you. You can reach us at [email protected] or 888-858-7350. We are always here to help!

We appreciate you taking the time to share your concerns. We understand how frustrating shipping delays can be. Your order was processed and shipped the same day it was received. Once the package is with the carrier, delivery times can be affected by factors outside of our control, including increased volume during the holiday season. The shipping charge on your order was for standard ground shipping and reflects the carrier's published rates. If you have any questions, you can reach us at [email protected] or 888-858-7350. We are always here to help!

We're sorry to hear that you were disappointed with your experience, and we appreciate you taking time to share your feedback. Our online course is designed to offer much more than simply covering the content in each book. In addition to guided instruction, the course includes practice exams, study strategies and tools to help students become familiar with navigating the required materials efficiently, an essential skill for success on the exam. Our focus is on helping students understand how to locate and apply information rather than memorizing specific questions and answers. Many students find that taking full advantage of the practice exams and supplemental resources within the course significantly improves their preparation. We value your feedback and are always working to improve our program. If you need anything in the future or have any questions, you can reach us at [email protected] or 888-858-7350.
