Thank you for your feedback. We'd like to clarify that the MHIC course has 55 questions, not 35. We are also actively working on expanding the question back do students will see different questions each time they access the course, helping reinforce learning and avoid repetition. Our program is designed to teach the concepts and help students learn how to navigate the required textbook/materials, so they feel confident when taking the state exam. We do not have access to the state’s actual exam questions, and we are not permitted to recreate or mirror them, so the questions in our course will not be identical to what appears on the official test. That said, we take concerns like yours seriously. If you’re willing, please contact us directly with the areas you felt were most different or where you wanted more practice, and we’ll help you create a focused study plan and point you to the sections that align with the exam content outline. We’re sorry for the confusion and the delay showing your CE with DPOR. Your course completion can only be reported once we receive the required license details from the post-course survey. In this case, that survey was not submitted with your license information, so we were unable to report your hours right away. As soon as we saw the issue, we emailed you to collect the missing details, and once we received them we submitted your 3 hours to DPOR immediately. Additionally, the images and illustrations in the book do not indicate that the material is outdated.
