Rick, thank you for your feedback. Your purchase was a Wind and Water Tight (WWT) container, a grade intended for secure, weather-resistant storage rather than a like-new appearance. When cosmetic condition is a priority, we recommend a one-trip container. Containers are inspected at the depot and reviewed with the customer at delivery, with customer sign-off documenting acceptance. WWT containers can show wear from prior use while still protecting stored contents from wind and water.
