The unit ordered was a 20ft Wind & Water Tight container, which is a functional storage grade and may show prior repairs or cosmetic wear while still meeting that standard. If appearance is a top priority, a 1-trip container is typically the better fit for a cleaner cosmetic condition. We are sorry to hear this. We have an inspection that is done by you and driver at delivery, If the doors did not function we would not deliver it so i suspect the containe may need to be leveled. Roof caved in? please contact our claims department becuse we will replace this if it is trully caved in.
