One of the doors on the container you shipped to me only opens about thirty degrees. It’s pretty much a deal breaker. I am seeking a discount or will end up trying to get something where both doors open. Ball in your court.

Hi Junius, thanks for flagging this. At delivery, our driver completed the 5-point inspection, and the doors opened, closed, and latched with no issues, so a door now opening only partway often comes down to technique in how the doors are released and swung. This short video walks through the correct way to open and close them: [https://youtube.com/shorts/6iPgQXsksLI?si=D0VjBmNILacFuBIn]. Give it a try, and if the door still won't open fully afterward, call us at 330-286-0526, and we'll take it from there.

I contacted our sales representative multiple times because the door lock was not functioning with the keys given with the unit. I never received a response.

I trusted that I would get what I paid for. I did not This was not a discounted item because of the condition this was sold as a solid water type piece. Ultimately that’s not what happened I ended up with a rusted up. Rust holes hinges don’t don’t work so doors don’t open and close I’m 72 years old I contacted there complaint line That ended up to be a waste of texts and time . Then they texted me they dropped the case . Convenient I just wanted what I paid for not junk a little rust is fine, metal rusts NOT being able to function open and close tends to be a REAL issue…..

We’re sorry to hear you were disappointed with your experience. The container purchased was a Wind & Water Tight storage container, which is intended to provide solid, functional storage, and if cosmetic appearance is the main priority, a 1-trip container is usually the option we recommend. We can also confirm that you did contact our team, and we’re still happy to help review your concerns in more detail. Please reach back out to us directly and we’d be glad to work through it with you.

It arrived as plan. It is all I expected from the container. No leaks no holes. Thank you so much. I will definitely buy from you again.

Hands down the best experience. And value. EXCELLENT SERVICE. *Side note* The drivers are all subcontractors... they do not reflect the business here. The business definitely stays on top of the drivers/ Delivery guys... I would use this business again.

I have worked with William both times in purchasing our containers. The service was amazing! William is a joy to work with and HANDS DOWN provides THE BEST price. Way better than Container King and many others. The only issue we had this time was getting the delivery set and having it arrive in the timeframe we needed. The dispatch was short staffed and our container took about a week or two longer than expected. Otherwise, it was a great transaction

Thank you so much for your continued business and for taking the time to share your experience. We’re especially glad to hear William took great care of you and was able to provide excellent service and value. We also appreciate your honest feedback about the delivery timing. While we’re pleased the overall transaction was a positive one, we understand the delay was frustrating and we’re always working to improve communication and scheduling so deliveries happen as smoothly as possible. Thank you again for choosing Container One; we truly appreciate your support.
