contactlensXchangeReviews of contactlensxchange.com

I had the best experience ordering contact lens from Contactlensxchange.com and I had ordered from them for the past 1 year. Whenever I need to re-order my lens, Contactlensxchange.com will always come to my mind. They had a wide range of products that I can buy. I had ordered and tried their different types of contact lens since the first time I had decided to buy from them. Everytime, the result is…. I am extremely satisfied with the lens !!! Their colour lens always bring out the colour of my eyes and it is so natural-looking. It’s like you are not wearing contact lens at all. The ordering process is simple and easy to navigate. I had never encountered any problems during the checkout. Their products always arrived on time and their customer service is excellent. There are so many types of lens that I want to buy and try from their website. I feel so excited and cannot wait for my next ordering from them. They can continue to have me as their repeat customer. I am so happy that I can find a trustworthy company to buy my contact lens. Keep it up, Contactlenxchange.com !!!! You are awesome !!!

I must be honest I expected the worst when ordering lenses this way. But i'm happy to report I was wrong. Not only did the lenses, in the ordered rx, arrive undamaged and as advertised; but they arrived at my door via fedex. I would have received the contacts within 4 days if not for U.S.Customs, that placed a hold on them, even though it was a small order they still shipped international priority through FedEx. Unfortunately, customs put a hold on the order to verify contents, but the shipper stayed on top of the situation with FedEx and emails to me with status info, and had my lenses to me 3 days later. Getting them released to me and delivered to my front door, in three days after being held by customs was no easy task. I received no less than 3 emails from customer service, at contact lens exchange, with updates that kept me informed as to progress in completing my order. The delay wasn't their fault but they still assumed responsibility for their shipment. They were always considerate and helpful in all correspondence, and seemed genuine in their concern for filling my order.the price was similar to those in the USA. I PLAN TO REORDER through them in the future. This level of customer care was extraordinary, given the small dollar amount! My hat's off to both contact lens exchage and fedex, good job and thank you once again

I have ordered color contact lenses from contactlensxchange for 2+ years and have been 100% satisfied every time they arrived. I've ordered a dozen contacts over the years from here, and I'm beyond thrilled. Although not every color flatters me, the ones that do are stunning, What is also nice is the pricing is just perfect and they are always having some kind of a sale. This lens shop is amazing they have such a huge collection of different color and design contacts that are affordable and come in prescription. And I have recommended this place to all my friends and family when they are looking for awesome gorgeous Brand contact lenses that are affordable. Buying from this shop is always safe, secure, and convenient because all the reps respond within 24 hours. The customer service is always very nice and always responds to your enquiry whenever I have a problem with some of the product information. The payment process is simple and easy. Bottom line if you ever want to try any lenses and aren't too sure what to do or where to go, Go to contactlensxchange.com they have so much to choose from and so much info for first time buyers to help you choose the best lens for you.

Don't be fooled, their prices are HIGH despite fake discounts listed on their site. Also be sure to verify the lens quantity before buying. These guys are the only store I have seen that sell 3 lenses in a box versus the usual 6. At least the CIBA lenses. Prices at other sites are MUCH cheaper. Plus shipping cost are very high and slow to US since they are in Asia. AVOID these guys at all cost!

They first accepted the payment and went silent for 3 weeks. Finally told them they needed to ship, so they finally did. They sent me 3/4 boxes, when I had ordered 4. So 1 pair was missing, thus meaning I paid for 4 boxes and only received 3. Contacted them about the issue and they went silent. Shady as **** company.

I have been wearing contact lens for almost 3 years now. I had been ordering from a few contact lens online stores. From my experience, Contactlensxchange is the best store that you can find which will fulfil all my needs. I find that their customer service staff had been very helpful and patience. They will answer my queries professionally and promptly without fail. This is what I like about Contactlensxchange !!! They will always provide me with a tracking number when they had shipped the products. Based on this information, I am able to track where is my package. I always received my products and it was in excellent condition and on time. I had no issue accessing their website as their website is very easy to navigate. I can easily choose the products that I want. The payment process is very well organised and simple. Payment is NEVER a hassle. I would strongly recommend them to my friends and anyone who wants to buy contact lens online. I had never regret on my decisions to buy from them. You had secured me as your loyal customer ! Keep up the good work, Contactlensxchange !!!!!!

I can't believe how misleading and uninformative their advertising is!! Contact lenses from other sellers are 6 (six) per box. I understand their price is much lower but unfortunately it did not occur to me that the difference would be only 2 lenses per box. I didn't see that until after receiving them and then going back to their website to see what I had originally missed. Had I seen the 2 lenses per box, I would NOT have ordered from them. Oh, and shipping costs from overseas was $15.56! I am greatly disappointed. I thought I had found a great deal. Lesson learned. You get what you pay for. If it's too good to be true...

I was recommended to this web store from my sister. I have been buying products from contactlensxchange for approximately 2 years now. Since then I have been ordering from them regularly and all my lenses were shipped out on a timely manner without any problem. Their shipping time (although it takes a while if you are from overseas) is reliable and trustworthy. They will provide you a tracking number so that you will know once your order is safely in your country. They have a friendly and responsive customer service support if you have any enquiry. The administrators and staff will always answer your enquiry promptly. Their website is well-maintained and easy to navigate. I have never had any problems with contactlensxchange. Everything that I have ever received was secure and always in great condition. Shipping might takes a while if you ordered it during the Year end festive season. But it's DEFINITELY worth the wait !!! Their cosmetic lenses are spectacular, high quality and authentic and I always feel excited when I receive them in the mail. There was no hassle in the ordering process and most importantly, the cosmetic lens is AUTHENTIC and it looks terrific on me ! Everything in regards to doing business with this company have been easy. I felt my needs are very well cared for by them.
