I needed to return my recently received (and unopened) lenses and order a stronger prescription. They couldn't do an exchange, but they did help by doing the reorder over the phone to make sure it was the correct power and gave me a 10% reorder discount which will probably pay the cost of returning the other order.

Quick review is near the very bottom. Otherwise, buckle up buttercup. With one lonely exception, I loved my experience at Contact Lens King. I found it incredibly straightforward to choose my lens manufacturer and lens type. I quickly entered my prescription and uploaded my hardcopy prescription. Quick note - Vision professionals: Get away from this OS/OD crap. Signed, Everybody My lenses arrived in record time. If you'd like to read about the specifics of my shipping experience, the next paragraph is for you. Otherwise, just know that my order arrived within a week of ordering, with several days to spare. My order was shipped within a couple days of me placing the order and it was shipped with 2nd day air delivery service. And to be clear, it was ACTUALLY shipped. As in, given to to the carrier. Not just "marked" shipped - which, lets be real, we ALL hate. I'm not sure if everybody's order is shipped with expedited service, but I do not recall paying extra for upgraded service. My order arrived uneventfully. Which doesn't sound awesome. But it is. I'm a doctor. (I'm actually not a doctor. Nor do I pretend to be one on TV. I'm just blind, I despise wearing glasses, and I want the best experience possible when ordering contacts online) The only exception to an otherwise lovely experience... The advertised price in your internet search versus what you actually end up paying. And let me be perfectly clear: EVERYBODY, I repeat, everybody, in this weird OS/OD (truly, what the hell) industry does it. ContactLensKing is just more up front about it. This review comes several weeks after my purchase, so, my memory may be as reliable as my chubby cat's opinion that hes always starving. But, as I recall, I searched for online contacts and was provided with a few choices. Naturally, I chose the more-familiar and seemingly-cheaper competitor. I went through ALL the hooplah with that certain advertised price in mind (you know, the ADVERTISED price.) Only at the very end did this particular competitor take off their clothes and reveal their true, ugly (expensive) self. This sales tactic is gross. To this, all I can say is this: ContactLensKing is more-honest about it. For whatever thats worth. I can see why they feel like they're forced to do it. That first in-your-face price when you use a search provider on the internet means everything towards attracting a buyer in this online marketplace. In few words... Would I buy from ContactLensKing.com again? Yes Would I recommend ContactLensKing to a friend? Yes Do I hate being blind? asdflkjasdflkjasdvsdfljen Is my cat overweight? Yea. He hearts food. A lot. 5 stars.
