An unprofessional company has been…

An unprofessional company has been causing me significant inconvenience. I have been a loyal customer for approximately three years, consistently ordering contacts every six months without any issues. However, recently, I placed an order in February 2025, only to be charged monthly for refills, which have always been scheduled every six months. When I contacted customer service to request a refund, I was met with resistance from both the manager and the representative. They seemed to be blaming me for inappropriately ordering refills every month, despite the fact that I had not changed my order. Based on my experience, this company should prioritize accommodating loyal customers rather than dismissing them for financial gain. The manager I spoke with should have been more understanding and empathetic. they have all the necessary email and proof, but they failed to address the situation appropriately. I hope that the Better Business Bureau and your company will take action to improve their customer service practices. They should ensure that their representatives are trained to handle customer inquiries with professionalism and respect.

HI. I do sincerely apologize for the experience you had with our customer service team. The subscription to auto-refills are done at the time the order is placed. Once the check box to sign-up for auto-refills is selected, there is a popup asking you to confirm the duration of the auto-refill. When they order is placed, a separate email is sent confirming the auto-refill subscription. Before every new auto-refill order, each customer is sent a total of 4 reminder emails before each auto-refill order is processed and the credit card on file is charged. We are happy to take all items back that comply with our return policy for a refund. We will pass this experience to our management time to review and provide additional training if needed. I again we apologize for he frustration you faced.

Quick on-time shipping. Order process is easy. The only negative is that your repeat customers should get the best/lowest price available and not have to search the internet for discount codes.

However, we do welcome all our customers to do their own price comparison to see for themselves that in most instances we offer the lowest bottom price. Advertise Pricing Scam
Advertise pricing is a sham. Not even close to what you are going to be asked to pay at checkout. They also promise a 10% discount if you sign up. Nope. Not true either but you only find this out when apply the Coupon. Very shady how they operate.

You are receiving the Google Flash Sale where no further discounts can be applied. As it states on our website under the cost of the product: this item is on sale and not eligible for any coupons, a processing fee will apply. Great service and prices
The website is easy to use and keeps track of all previous orders to make refills easy. I also like the discount codes I receive from them. I've been ordering from Contact Lens King for years and the service has been great!
