Good experience
I liked the promotion that they had on the contact lenses, and it was cheaper than the competitors' websites when I compared the totals with the math. I've read that they have exceptional customer service, so I'm looking forward to making them my new contact lens store!!

It was a disappointing experience
It was a disappointing experience. My eyes began to strain by the end of the first week of wearing these lenses. I understand the return policy doesn’t allow opened boxes, but how else would I have known the lenses wouldn’t work for me? It feels unreasonable and frustrating. I won’t be coming back and cannot recommend this product.

HI. I do apologize you are having difficulties with the lenses. Since contact lens are a medical device we are unable to take back open product. Before purchasing, all patients are required to see their eye care provide for trials before finalizing their prescription. This ensures that you are getting the correct product that works best for you before purchasing.

They came on time and I used my expired flex card by accident and they contacted me so that I could give them a valid card

Great prices
Competitive pricing compared to other stores such as Costco, 1800 Contacts. Box was packed nice a secure. Only complaint, paid for 2nd day expedited and took 1 week. Correction!! I misunderstood on 2nd day delivery, I thought from time of purchase not day UPS received pkg. YES, was delivered on time as promised.

HI. Thank you for your order and taking the time to leave your feedback. Upon review of your order, I do see you paid our standard rate of $12.95 but were upgraded at no additional cost to 2nd day. Per tracking with UPS it shows it was delivered on the 2nd business day. Update: Thank you for your updated reply. Just to clarify procedures, all shipping starts when we dispatch the lenses from the warehouse. Since we have to make sure the prescription is verified and we have the lenses in stock. If a customer has a specialty lens, those will need to be ordered direct from the manufacturer.
