Good morning Kathy, I appreciate your reply and apologize for the inconvenience. However, due to "The Fairness to Contact Lens Consumers Act" we are legally bound by law to allow eight business hours for the prescription to be verified by your eye care provider. Only once these 8 business hours have lapsed are we permitted to passively verify the prescription and ship the order. Due to this legal process it can prevent orders from shipping out the same day if the patient's doctor does not verify the prescription in a timely manner. Unfortunately, this is what occurred in your case. Once your prescription was passively verified your order was shipped overnight as requested and delivered.
