After investigating your case I discovered that your order was shipped on time from our facility on 12/02/19 and was scheduled for delivery on 12/05/19 (according to the UPS tracking details). The tracking details also state that there was a request from the receiver to hold the package for pickup. If you did not request UPS to hold the package please contact our customer service team to help resolve this issue with UPS. Also, please make note that our customer service team has issued a full refund for the freight charge on 12/09/19. If the refund is not reflected in your statement please contact us immediately.
