Perfect. Couldn't ask for better.

I ordered contacts from here at the beginning of March and still haven't received them, i have been in contact with with them multiple times in the week. they keep putting my call off and having me speak to someone else. FINALLY the "manager" Adam call me back after two weeks only to tell me they should have been delivered already and there was nothing they could do to help me. I spent over $300 on contacts that i did NOT receive and the "manager" would not do anything to help me, he just kept telling me to file a claim with my bank if i wanted my money back and that contact lens king would not be helping me with this issue. I have never witnesses such a level of ignorance and disrespect from a "manager" at a company before, it really makes me think something shady is going on there. The other associates i spoke to were polite but did nothing to help me except reroute me to other employees throughout the weeks. This company is not worth the headache, i wish i just paid more and ordered from a reputable company.

I couldn't believe how much cheaper it was to buy through Contact Lens King... I think I saved almost $50! Their customer service was prompt and kept me updated throughout the process as my prescription was faxed, confirmed, and my lenses shipped. I hope to order from them only from now on!

I’ve ordered from Contacts Lens King numerous times in the past without issue. This past order I needed contacts immediately so I paid the upgraded one day shipping on Friday, March 6th and I didn’t receive my order until Wednesday, March 11th! Of course, they needed time to verify my prescription, but even after the weekend it was the 3rd business day when I received my order. I would have been just as well to save my $20 and stick with standard shipping.

Rude customer service. Going on Facebook the assist icon popped. I contacted as I had a question with their website. They kind explained but said BTW the office is open Monday to Friday and their hours. Rude. Don't have a popup on Facebook if you are not willing to help with one tiny questions. Ordered from Coastal. Do not need drama.
