The sales prices are great when you can get them. Unfortunately, to get the sales price without the outrageous processing fees you have to order one item at a time. Also, this product should have free shipping. The weight of the package is negligible. Yet, the shipping is more than the cost of the product! I just found out from Contact Lens King Inc. that all shipping rates are a flat fee from the carrier that is based on multiple factors such as: fuel, zone, weight, taxes, and freight related charges. These carriers should be open to charging a reasonable shipping fee for a 1 ounce package and not a flat fee of $12.95. Thank you for your response Contact Lens King.

HI. Thank you for your order. I apologize you feel our shipping rates are high. All shipping rates are a flat fee from the carrier that is based on multiple factors such as: fuel, zone, weight, taxes, and freight related charges. We do work with the carriers on a daily bases in hopes they will lower their rates. We appreciate your business and look forward to serving you in the future. Updated 5/12: Thank you Terri for your updated review. We will continue to work closely with all our partners to ensure we can offer the best available rates. We sincerely appreciate you taking the time to update the review and look forward to serving you in the future.

Overall pricing was good compared to other lens sites, but the site had 3 issues that were irritating: 1) It asked to confirm cookie settings incessantly, maybe 30 times during my research and ordering, 2) the site promotes multiple ways to get a coupon for 1st order. The coupon code does not work. 3) The site promotes multiple times 10% off with mobile phone number registration. The coupon code does not work. That is misleading when you promote offers, your system clearly is set up to not allow based on the product selected, etc.

This website is the KING at the bait and switch. They advertise one of the most inexpensive prices for a 90 day multifocal contact lens. I attached my prescription, I then looked at the pricing......OMG, they added so many different fees and charges, it became near the pricing for the most expensive mid pricing companies. $150 or prescription verification when I already attached it? Processing fees are normal as all the companies are doing this crap but you just added a minimum of $15/box for a 90 day supply. Again, a complete bait and switch as there is NO DISCLOSURE of all the fees until you get ready to checkout. Don't use this company.

Thank you for the review. I apologize for the frustration regarding the processing fee. As you read, at numerous times on our website, the processing fee is associated with the sales cost of the item and is priced per box. However, we do welcome all our customers to do their own price comparison to see for themselves that in most instances we offer the lowest bottom price. It is also important to note Contact Lens King is an authorized retailer, receiving all our lenses sealed and packaged directly from the manufacturer. At Contact Lens King you can count on receiving the quality products you want while receiving award-winning service. We greatly appreciate your business and look forward to serving you in the future.
