some of the lenses were damaged, and were not usable.

The contacts will occasionally somehow (explained by customer service) turn over in the tiny package. This prevents you from assuming the contact is not inside out. So if you could fix the occasional inside out contact situation then it would be perfect. There is nothing more frustrating to have to take your contact out because it was on inside out.

Always great service and pricing

I’m a returning customer for several years. I was very happy when I learned that during the Pandemic they still take online orders and was willing to help if my prescription is expired and I can’t get one due to the Pandemic. When I placed my order, there was some issue with my previous prescription-my optometrist assistant wrote the wrong brand, this was resolved with the CLK one year ago as well and the doctor had approved it. Now when I’m reorder exact lens CLK first was helpful in email, asked that I call in, then they were very rude in the call, telling me that by law they can't ”change the brand” without the doctor’s approval when during the Pandemic I can't get an approval or new prescription. The representative argued that New York has started Stage 3 so there should not be a problem to get one. But that is not true in NYC. She refused to even hear me so I had to cancel the order. Even though it's difficult to proceed, I really hope that they treat their customer with respect but not shut them out. I will try get my contacts elsewhere when I have an active prescription.

I received my order after 3 days, perfect packaging, perfect order and the orange lens container is a real nice touch, finally away from blue. thank you Pia

I always have an incredible experience when ordering from ContactLensKing. Given the current situation surrounding COVID-19, was unable to get hand-written prescription from my doctor. NO problem! I provided my doctor's name and number with my order, and CLK called him the following morning to verify. I RARELY write these reviews, but after multiple orders and nothing but happiness/ease from each, I felt like I owed it to CLK. Many thanks, and will be ordering from CLK for my future contacts (until I get PRK!)!! I ordered my first 2 boxes and I got them on a great deal, almost half off!....so I thought anyway. but then, they charge a 20.00 "processing fee" on top of that, per box. 2nd order, I paid regular price, no "processing fee". so I call to inquire about this and the gal tells me, oh, these boxes are eligible for a discount. I said okay....but then she says, there is a processing fee of 20.00 a box. So I say...basically, that's the discount you just gave me. She then tells me if I ordered them at full price, I would pay 46.95 a box plus 7.95 shipping, for a total of 101.85. But if I order them on the discount of 28.00, I would be charged a 20.00 processing fee per box plus 7.95 shipping for a total of 103.95. I said basically on your discount, I'm paying more. I said, so only if I get a discount, I get charged the "processing fee" but if I order them at regular price, there is no "processing fee"? I feel like the discount is totally deceiving.....
