Thank you for the review. I apologize for the frustration regarding the processing fee. As you read on our website, the processing fee is associated with the sales cost of the item and is priced per box. However, we do welcome all our customers to do their own price comparison to see for themselves that in most instances we offer the lowest bottom price. It is also important to note Contact Lens King is an authorized retailer, receiving all our lenses sealed and packaged directly from the manufacturer. At Contact Lens King you can count on receiving the quality products you want while receiving award-winning service. We greatly appreciate your business and look forward to serving you in the future.

HI, I sincerely apologize for the frustration this experience has caused. After reviewing your order, I can confirm it was placed on 5/20 at 11:58 PM, which was after business hours. As a result, the order was processed and shipped the following business day, 5/21. At checkout, when selecting Second Day Shipping, a notice was displayed stating: “Orders ship once your prescription is verified and lenses are in stock. Next day or second day shipping deliveries are made on weekdays only.” According to the UPS tracking information, your package was delivered within the timeframe provided by the carrier. Please also note that Monday was a federal holiday, and UPS was closed, so no deliveries were made that day. We truly apologize for the inconvenience and understand your disappointment. However, because the order was delivered within the stated shipping timeframe, we’re unable to issue a refund at this time. Thank you for your understanding, and please let us know if there is anything else we can assist you with.
