Great fast service

I usually check prices before buying and been shopping for lenses for 20+ years. Lens.com is my to-go company but after finding a shady "processing fee of almost $100 at the end of the order, I decided to shop around. Come up to ContactLens King. Good reviews here at Trustpilot. Check. Went to make purchase and THE SAME PROCESSING FEE was at the end. It makes us all feel cheated as we shop for the lower price over the internet. I refused to buy while companies are making this scheme. In fact, research higher "price per item" in other sites that don't use these processing fees and got an overall better deal. Shame on you all to make our purchasing process so much more cumbersome. VERY disappointed.

Great customer service. Called to get one day delivery and they personally made sure it got to me by the next day.

This will be my final order. The experience and passive aggressive racism and overt oppression is completely unacceptable.

I have ordered a number of times from Contact Lens King, all without problems. This last time they added a $47 "processing fee" without letting me know. I will never order from them again. This is unethical and bad business.

Horrible! I purchased contacts from the on July 17, 2020, still no contacts today. I called every other day checking on my order status and was pretty much given the run around (you should get them this day, you should get them that day) well today still no contacts! I called this morning July 28, 2020 to get an update on my order and was told my contacts were on back order! Poor customer service. I was mislead. One person even told me he'd call me by 3pm yesterday once he check to see if my contacts were on their trunk. Never happened! No call! I requested a refund! I will not purchase here again. No consistency.
