I bought my contacts 9 months ago from CLK and was very happy with their service. I went to reorder my lenses this week and the price including shipping was about 70% percent more. I purchased my lenses from EZ Contacts who verified my Rx and shipped my lenses in less than 24hrs. They were half the price of CLK including shipping $39.00 vs $77.60

Ordered contacts on April 6th it is now May 11th and they still have not arrived.

Let me preface this horrible review and say my first order with the company was amazing zero issues. The basis of this review is on my current experience as of this moment. I tried to place an order for contacts and it would not let me continue, thinking it had to do with my phones privacy and blocking settings I went to my laptop which when I logged in to my cart the price was doubled (actually more than double) So my phone showed one price in the cart and the computer showed another price in the cart. The company refuses to acknowledge this issue and has only replied to my emails with a link to the current sale price which again is no where close to the price I had and was going to buy it at. So be wary of low advertised prices as you may end up on a situation where I am having you pay way more, oh they also added processing fees to their orders so you can expect about an increase of $10 per box to reflect those fees. So long story short I will be looking for someone else who has retaining their customers a priority. Not sure how to reply to the reply from company. So I will reply here; It was directly from your website I went to Re-Order and the price that was shown on that re order - ordering page was the Low price I was talking about. I have screen shots and a screen recording from my cellphone. I provided screenshots in my first email to you, which wasn't even acknowledged I just get sent a link to current sale prices.

Contacts always come on time. I usually do free shipping and I receive them in the allotted time while my eye Doctor always tells me that due to being extended range they will take up to 6 weeks. That’s a little too long.

We have been using Contact King for years. Customer service is always helpful with any questions! Orders are accurate and the product is always as expected. Highly recommend them!
