I'm giving these guys a 1 because I received an email that they cancelled my order but without an explanation which is unprofessional and bad business.

The site was easy to use and navigate. The lenses came shortly after ordering them. This is the second time we have ordered from Contact Lens King and we’ve always been pleased. Their prices beat out many competitors, I did my homework before ordering them! You won’t be disappointed!

Scam. Don't purchase from Contact Lens King. Its a scam. I paid for contact lenses and never got them. I tried to call customer service several times and was not able to speak with any one. Ever. So, I emailed them, but never got a response. They took my money but I never did get the lenses and could never speak to anyone about it.

Searched several websites until I found Contact Lens King with the lenses that I was looking for and at an affordable price! I felt comfortable in using the website and their easy-of-ordering. I especially like their follow up: asking for the prescription, confirming order and updating me on the shipping. I liked that I felt that Contact Lens King was working WITH me so that I received the correct product. I am now using my new contact lens and am very happy and will purchase from Contact Lens King again.

If I could select a negative number, I would!!!! One customer service is rude! I ordered contacts, they deducted my account but never received my contacts!!! I called to check on the first order and they treated me as if I was lying about not getting my order so she said they would send out another box and request my signature! Still no contacts!!! They supposedly have on file I signed for delivery! One I do not sign my first initial and my last name and two I called the post office and they have no status of delivery! This is a shady company and I will report this to the Better Business Bureau!! They took my money and did not deliver! They cant provide a signature but since “they show” I signed for it they will not make it right nor are they willing to help if they actually did ship them!!! I order stuff all the time and NONE of my items have been lost!!! DO NOT ORDER from this Company!!!
