Thank you for your feedback. We’d like to provide some context regarding this order. While 99% of orders ship promptly occasional delays can occur, especially with less commonly prescribed contact lenses. We communicated the potential delay and the customer initially indicated they were comfortable waiting. A few days later they requested a cancellation which we processed immediately with a full refund. We understand that delays can be frustrating but we believe a one-star rating does not accurately reflect how we handled the situation. We communicated openly, honored the cancellation and issued a prompt refund. Notably the customer chose to purchase the same product from another retailer at their current $63 per box price while our order for the same Air Optix with Hydraglyde 6 Pack was $27 per box. This raises questions about the review's intent, especially since it concludes with a promotion for the much higher-priced competitor. We encourage prospective customers to consider the full context of this experience alongside our commitment to affordable pricing and reliable service.
