Have been going through the NACA process for almost 3 years now from scratch. Its tedious, can sometimes be stressful but again im starting from scratch. The help Ive received from my counselor getting everything in line, I believe ultimately Im better off now than when I started. Correcting habits, keeping a proper structured budget, saving more. At the end of the day life lifes! So for me and my situation the Program has helped, whether i can purchase through NACA or other, I think im way more prepared than I was when first started considering home ownership

Five stars is not enough to describe my experience with NACA. The journey to homeownership can feel overwhelming, but the NACA program provides an unmatched path to true affordability with no down payment, no closing costs, and no PMI. A huge thank you to my dedicated housing counselor and the entire team. They have been incredibly supportive, thoroughly reviewing my file, keeping me on track, and ensuring I am fully prepared for long-term financial success. While the process requires patience, organization, and hard work, the reward of an affordable, character-based mortgage makes every single step completely worth it. NACA isn't just a lender; they are true advocates for the community and economic justice. I am so grateful for this program and highly recommend attending an upcoming workshop to anyone looking to buy a home!

We had a great experience with NACA. You have to do the work and you cannot be lazy however, it is a wonderful program with great benefits. If you have your financials ready and in order you can close quickly, we closed in 40 days.

My experience with NACA has been great so far! The process can take a lot of patience but the support and guidance has been well worth it. My counselor has been excellent in explaining the steps while giving me the extra push needed. Thank you to her ! I’m very grateful for the opportunity that NACA provides to become homeowners . As a hands on person who needs step by step instructions, I can say that my NACA portal has everything I need to complete my action plan towards home ownership. This program has a wealth of knowledge but you have to do your part to get to the goal!
