I felt the customer service was slow
I felt the customer service representative.I spoke with was very slow in responding took forever.For a simple question. I had gotten an email that said some information was missing on my application to switch to constellation. And it took him forever very, very disappointed.

Happy with my choice
I just switched to constellation and the transition was seamless. They provided all of the information I needed to create an online account for payments and billing in the time frame they promised. Still waiting for my 1st bill but expecting a smooth process
