Customer service was great when I called about not receiving the email mentioned when I signed up to transfer service online. The representative apologized that I had not received the notification, resent it and walked me through the entire process for the transfer and Initial billing.

I am happy that I changed my natural gas service to Constellation. It is kind of concerning that my gas usage is less than $10 but all the fees really jack up my bill

Autopay feature enabled but payment is not processed and late fees are added. Why? You cannot fix your system and charging customers for that? Issue got resolved.
