Hi Marc – thank you for the review! I see that you are correct; there were some issues with the priming of the Entry door that delayed your project. We wish those types of things didn’t happen, but absolutely appreciate your patience with that process. Thank you so much for your business, and we hope you’re loving the new door!

Hi Shannon – we’re sorry to hear that you aren’t satisfied with the quality of the windows. I do see that there were 4 windows measured incorrectly – that is an unfortunate circumstance; and one that does sometimes come with custom built windows. Also because they are custom built, our normal lead time for building windows is about 3 weeks - but we did expedite these due to the mistake, and were able to get them ordered and installed within 10 days. Your window screen material is covered by a lifetime warranty, so if you’d like us to come out and address the screen issues please don’t hesitate to give us a call.
