We were provided excellent service and a good window product. The new windows have made our home beautiful and have added additional value to our home. Better still the windows are made in America. Thank You Augustine and Karin Rodriguez

We had new windows installed in the back of the house. Well after they left we noticed that one of our windows is ruined. It’s like they cleaned it with something and scratched it and discolored it as well. No one has returned our calls. We are very disappointed. We are now stuck with 1 ugly window with the rest are beautiful.

Hi Amber – We would be happy to address the issue that you’re having. I don’t see any record of calls received – please reach out to 817-416-8005 and we will set up a technician to look at that for you.

Window construction appears good. Installation contractor experience was poor and the time frame to resolve what could be repaired was slow. We were told this contractor is no longer used by Conservative Construction but that didn’t resolve everything as a result of there poor work. Would not recommend based on our experience.

Hi Terry – We see that the installer broke a ceiling fan blade during your installation, and you were working with our Service Admin and the installer to get a replacement fan. It looks like the process took about a month, which is too long for that type of issue to be resolved and we do apologize for that. If there are any other issues with regards to the installation that need to be addressed, we would be happy to look at them for you if you give us a call. Thank you for your business.
