Amazing shopping experience! I bought several items from CI - spent more than I probably should've, but, oh well - and have been loving every piece. However, one item, an obsidian ring, did something weird - it broke right off of my finger. I contacted customer service at CI to explain the situation as best I could and sent photos of the carnage. I got an immediate reply: not just on the weekend, but on a Sunday, something I was completely not expecting! I was offered a choice of store credit or a replacement, and when I chose the replacement (because I really do love this ring) it was sent out immediately and arrived just as beautifully packaged as the first one - no rushed job here! They kept in constant contact with me and once the replacement ring arrived, sent a follow-up email to make sure everything was to my satisfaction. From craftsmanship to packaging and shipping, to customer service, this is an A++ company in every way!

I had recently purchased three rainbow obsidian ankle bracelets (4/2021) which had been delivered to my home (multi family) but was unable to locate (forgiveness ♥️) the package. :( My emails were with Korana who gave me 0, again 0, hassles about the missing package. I've worked in Customer Service 30+ years and have seen the decline of outstanding, stellar customer service in many industries. My faith is renewed !!!!! It was nothing but positive through the whole replacement. Appreciated very much. The three anklets ordered were for myself, my daughter and my sister. I had lost my 34 year old son on 8/05/2020 so these were very important to us as they are being used for the intent of grief and grounding. I'm so happy and grateful I have them .. Be Well 😇 K

My bracelet is absolutely beautiful, even better than it looked on the site, I know that it's going increase my abundance. More than that the customer service I received was OUTSTANDING, my order got lost on the post but they couldn't have done more for me. I'll definitely buy more from this site.

I somehow survived the suicide diagnosis given to me four and half years and 55 surgeries and procedures in my mouth after a Periodontist burned the nerves during extraction and implant. I had no idea anyone could survive pain like that for so long. Conscious Items were aware of my injury and gave me insight into what gems would assist me. I have the anti-anxiety bracelet that I love as well as the amethyst and the jade anklet. That's just a few of my purchases. :)) They bring me joy, calm me, and remind me that anything is possible. Being basically bedridden for so long, I was unable to shop, so I did all my purchases online. Of all the merchants and companies, I find Conscious Items the most compassionate company. They would leave beautiful messages letting me know they were here for me. Everyone I interacted with was angelic. The inventory they have is priceless and well made.I have a beautiful collection that I treasure, each one has a story to remind me of my strength, and that there are amazing people out there that care.

I bought two anklets and a bracelet. When they first came I was really impressed with the packaging. It was really nice for the price of jewelry. Also if you are a small the jewelry I got had a bolo tie so you can tighten it and make it a snug fit. Honestly overall a really great brand. The jewelry was gorgeous, the packaging was amazing and the team was really nice too❤️❤️

My first purchase was the Chakra Divination Grid Sets. 2 - one for daughter and one for myself. Beauty does not describe this set properly. And as one reviewer mentioned.. I was so surprised at not only the quality of the gems but how many gems comes in this set. You can feel the vibrations and strength in each gem when you touch it. Everything you need to cleanse your Chakras. I have since purchased the 7 Chakra bracelet set. I Love my bracelets! They are truly a beautiful set. As soon as you put them on you can feel their strength. You can wear one, two or more stands at one time. I wear all 7 at the same time. I have gotten many compliments on my bracelets 😁 I have had to contact Conscious Items support team on several occasions, mainly with curiosity type questions, and the support team has always gotten back to me within 24 hours. The Conscious Items that I purchased were absolutely gorgeous. I purchased the Black Obsidian Talisman and the green fluorite Concentration Stone. Both are very well crafted and beautiful to look at. I feel very good wearing the obsidian and the fluorite does help me focus. I have purchased more items and am looking forward to receiving those soon. I highly recommend this shop.

I hold The Emotional Release Ring I purchased a few months back in high regard. Not only is it beautiful, but the energy it gives is empowering. I don’t leave home without it on. When the stone fell out of the ring, to my utter disappointment, I emailed customer service and was shipped a brand new ring (with picture evidence of the issue so they can improve the product to minimize future occurrences) within a week. I am impressed with this company’s items and their employees! I look forward to wearing The Visualization Ring daily (being delivered today) and owning a variety of other treasures to add to the hustle and grind of building within myself, a positive conscience minded lifestyle.
