For Mother's Day my daughter sent me a ring and a bracelet from Conscious Items. They arrived within 4 days of her order which was amazing and a happy surprise! Each item was beautifully boxed and included a little satin bag to store the jewelry. I was incredibly impressed by the lovely packaging. The bracelet is perfect, and I love it! The ring is gorgeous, but the band is not the best quality and gets caught on things sometimes which is a little disappointing. The prices are very reasonable, and all in all I had a great experience with Conscious Items!

I’ve ordered from Conscious Items consistently within the past year, despite the fact that their quality control on items is hit or miss. Their customer service has always been good about offering to replace broken/flawed items. However, the offer to replace flawed items gets old once you feel like you’re going through a cycle of ordering - complaining - replacing ..... Some of the issues I’ve faced are: Poor quality elastic used for bracelets which cause constant fraying and eventual breaking within a few weeks; and inconsistency with sizing for bracelets and elastic rings, even when purchasing 2 of the same item ... I would love to be able to add pictures of my experience, but unfortunately Trustpilot doesn’t have that option. I would have continued ordering from Conscious Items just because the items are really nice looking, but the last straw was when I received a replacement bracelet yesterday and it wasn’t put together properly. The elastic hadn’t been knotted, and the beads were loose in the bag. They say 3rd strike and you’re out ... this would be more like 5th strike, but I definitely won’t order from them again.

My bracelets are absolutely amazing! I was truly satisfied with the packaging, which was beautiful and when I open my packages my eyes lit up! Since I have had them, they have been an eye catcher for many and conversation starter. I am definitely in the market of purchasing more items I love the quality of them and the sense of protection from negativity from my tiger's eye bracelet and the grounding from my chakara bracelet. I have been referring Conscious Items to many people who are into healing bracelets. Overall, overwhelmingly pleased thank you so much and you will be hearing from me again. 10 stars on a scale of five.

I am normally hesitant at placing an order thru a Facebook Sponsored Ad but I decided to place one with Conscious Items and let me tell you, I was not at all disappointed! Not only did I receive my ankle bracelet in a timely fashion and customer service kept me updated with the status but the item came in the most perfect presentation and the anklet itself was absolutely beautiful. The crystals I purchased were absolutely excellent quality. They were protectively wrapped with care. They were gift boxed and a note detailing the stone was included.
