BEWARE ! PLEASE PLEASE DONT SPEND YOUR MONEY AT CONNS ! We purchased ver 20,000 in furniture and they delivered with broken legs and said we did it. Called to have dresser fixed and they tell us we never added warranty,when we discussed all the details and price with salesman. He deliberately never added it. We were there 3 hours and discussed everything ! Our arms on our sofa broke not even a year after we had it,they said we didn't add warranty on that either and they said even if we did they wouldn't cover it because we broke it by using our arms to get up from our sofa,I said well how else are we supposed to get up from our sofa.its been a nightmare ! A few years after having the merchandice I sent them a very large payment to pay everything off they then call me a year later telling me I still owe them 4000 more dollars. I thought with them for 3 weeks and I asked to hear the video recording where I paid the bill in for. Management plus 8 other customer service reps had agree to get me the recordings,but never came through and never returned my calls.They kept calling me day-and-night nonstop all hours asking for the money after I paid them $8000 in full. I had to bring someone from the outside in to fix the dresser that I had only had for a year the hinges inside the dresser were so cheap they bent. Everyone I spoke to had something different to say ! They are trained to lie and scam! HORRIBLE COMPANY ! Please people don't risk being deceived and scammed ! We never thought it would happen to us. Just make sure when you add on a warranty that you read the papers to make sure that the warranty is added on before you walk out the door. They do this on purpose so they won't have to fix any of the merchandice when it breaks because it's made so cheap. They are scammers. Are fighting for a month i still have to pay an additional $4000.. I had thought about letting it go but I've already given them a $1000 they said because I missed a few dollars on D big payment that it didn't take care of the interests so that's why they attached the $4000 on,but they didn't notify me of this until one year later. I'm only doing it to save my credit but please don't deal with this company. The managers or liars their train to tell you what you want to hear just to get you off the phone and they never return your calls and they never fix the situation. One other thing when you walked in the store and you see the monthly payment that's on the item you want,that's not what it's going to be at the end of the paperwork.There's scammers scammers scammers !! They picked the right name,they are "CONS" !!!
