To whom this may concern, I will first begin by saying i will never in several trillion lifetimes ever do business with ANY Conns Home Plus companies ever again. This is one of the most corrupt companies on the face of the universe and the CEO’s, VP’s, Officers etc should be ashamed of the company that they have created and backed. Id ask how you all sleep at night but judging by the disgusting checks you all receive regularly, im sure you sleep quite well. During this pandemic I classify this company to be as bad as if not worse than the Enron cooperation. This company wants your money and could care less whos lives they ruin on the journey to obtain every cent they can. During this pandemic, that everyone has been affected by, this company offers little to no help at all for the customers, ESPECIALLY frontline workers. I AM a frontline worker and have literally been DEFECATED ON by this company. I am a Medical Assistant for Kaiser and have taken many hours away from my little girl to help those who have truly been plagued and affected by this horrific pandemic. On top of spending countless hours assisting patients who were directly affected by this virus I have spent hours on end, days weeks and months attempting to get an issue corrected with Conns. Conns states that they are here to help those directly affected by this pandemic but that isn’t the case at all. Here is what happened to me: Let me start off by stating that I have spent THOUSANDS of dollars with this company and have paid off every item I have ever purchased from them in the past early. I have also NEVER been 30 day or more late with any of my payments. In April 2020 Conns reported a 30 day late to my Account and to all 3 credit bureaus. Numerous representatives advised me that they would be able to remove this late as a courtesy under their “Good Faith” clause if I didn’t have any lates over 30 days. (As I stated before I have never been late by 30 days.) They proceeded to tell me that I have had multiple lates and they would send me a payment history. (I have requested a payment history SEVERAL times and still have not received this information.) Well if that was the case, then all three credit reports would have reflected this. ALL of my credit reports show that I have NEVER been late by 30+ days!!! NEVER!!! I have even made DOUBLE payments to make sure I stayed on top of payments. After being passed to several departments over the course of several weeks no resolution has/had been reached. All this time I am still making regular payments ON TIME!!! I was advised in June that I was up to date and that my next payment wasn’t due until 9/22/2020, well come to find out Conns reported ANOTHER 30 day late to the credit agencies in error for the month of June 2020. Even after I provided proof that this was an error Conns still has not corrected this issue, they have advised me that no error has been made on their end and that no correction will be made. THIS IS ILLEGAL!!!!! I am in the process of buying a home and because of this disgusting and disturbing matter, no lenders will even look my way. So now I am stuck and am STILL fighting with a company who has no regard for human life at all!!!! After further research I found that I am not the only person dealing with this EXACT situation. Now I am in the process of obtaining a lawyer, reaching out to every single newspaper, news station in America and ever political party member who is willing to listen and help. Times are already hard bad and scary enough!!! Not only are we in the midst of a pandemic we are also already dealing with people losing their jobs, losing their homes and stomaching the crisis of innocent people being wrongfully even racially brutalized and gunned down in broad day light in the middle of the street.

Absolutely the worst company don’t shop here!!! Purchased a Electrolux washer and dryer in May 2020. The washer keeps give error codes and won’t run, then while running a regular load water started pour out the front all over floor in upstairs laundry, when it spins the load it’s squeaking. Called Conn for service and was told “sorry no one in Charleston services Electrolux”. The store is selling appliances that no one here can service. Called their corporate headquarters and was told “ nothing we can do”. Don’t buy from these scammers.

Absolutely horrible experience. Bought a $3200 LG refrigerator just 2 years ago and purchased an extended warranty... it stopped working almost a week ago and can not get anyone out to fix it. Still paying on it and can not get service out to fix.. they actually suggested buying another one..are you serious. Absolutely horrible service. Beware buying anything from this store. Next time for sure Home Depot or Lowes. Never again DOES ANYONE KNOW OF A SOLID CLASS ACTION LAWYER.?

To make a very "month long" story short I will state this...DO NOT shop Conn's unless you want to patronize a store that DOES NOT care about how they treat their customers. For almost a month now we have been dealing with a TV that THEY broke by NOT following THEIR OWN POLICIES and PROCEDURES while loading it into our car after I told them many times it wasn't going to fit. It then took me over two weeks for a store associate to get the manager for me to speak with (He was never available or not in). Up to that point when I would call to get the number to call their corporate office I was told by three different employees at three different stores (one store located in the same area that their corp office is at) they could not give that number out. When I finally did get the corp offices phone number and finally spoke to a young lady there I was told service technician would call the next day. Well, I found out the next day that, that was incorrect. And we've been getting the run around since. **Oh, by the way, if you purchase the extended warranty $5++.00 and the product goes out and rather than fix they exchange it for you and you still have time left on the extended warranty you LOSE the time left on the warranty**

Items purchased in June including one piece which was put on back-order until July and then extended to August. Order was split into two separate purchase contracts due to back-ordered item. Initial items were supposed to be offered at sale price, but bait and switch tactics and outright lies regarding pricing and offers resulted in substantially higher price. Main customer service as well as store management involved and is now August with no resolution on the issue. Also added additional insurance to our order in spite of our declining them at the time of purchase as unnecessary. In addition, we have requested a copy of the contract for the back-ordered item both at the store multiple times who have supposedly put in Help Tickets, as well as through customer service multiple times, who have supposedly escalated the issue, but here we are months later and still no contract on the back-ordered item. Then they call wanting to deliver said back-ordered item when we haven't even received a copy of the contract for it. Delivery department refused to escalate the issue for resolution other than to provide options already done multiple times with zero results. NONE of these issue have been sufficiently resolved to-date and WILL NOT purchase from them again. We will be filing official complaints with the appropriate agencies as necessary. Save your money and your peace of mind by buying somewhere else.

The Service that my wife and I received was Horrible. The Managers and Employees were so unprofessional, they are not knowledgeable at all about there merchandise. Conns Home Plus To me is a Scam. I Will Never Shop There Again. Do not Waste Your Money There!!!!!

Horrible experience. I purchased a LG refrigerator about 10 months ago and got the extended warranty. Worked very hard to pay off the $2700 appliance. About four months ago the cooling in the refrigerator was not working right. Conns service repair services came to the house 4 times. We had to throw all of our food away twice. After the last visit the service guy said we had spilled something and caused the fan to stop working and the refrigerator could not be repaired. He also left a pile of a brown transparent material on our counter that he said was the substance we spilled. After looking at it I'm sure it was burnt tape I have seen this before. I called Conns customer service and was basically told to bad so sad. Four times they came out! Do yourself a favor and spend your hard earned money somewhere else.

Crook's, Be warned do NOT trust this company. I have been waiting on a refund check for an overpayment for over 4 months on top of many other problems. Everytime I call i go in circles with the rep, they claim the refund is "processing" and I will receive a call back from the department, but the call never happens.... I'm at the point where I'm going to take them to court. Save yourself the hassle and do not give this company your hard earned money.
