I paid upfront for a washer and dryer, over $2,000 -- their online checkout is bugged though and wouldn't let me add all the additional services I needed (but still charged me for it), they never answered their phones after several calls to try and modify the order, they sent me 4 e-mails, 3 texts, and 5 phone calls all automated to confirm the delivery, and then the day of the delivery they just leave it on the curb and go. So now I get to pay (again) for someone to come to move and install the appliances. Would never do business with again.

I love Conn's furniture but the harrassment I receive monthly to pay my bill is annoying. I get paid once a month and every month on payday, I pay Conn's. Heaven forbid if I'm one, two or three days late. They will ring my phone early in the morning all day long for that one payment. I cannot with them and I cannot wait to be done paying for my furniture. I've been doing business with Conn's for almost 9 years now, and I was okay with them before. But to be harrassing people during a pandemic when millions are without income is unacceptable. I AM NEVER GETTING FURNITURE WITH CONN'S AGAIN!!

The worst business ever. They whole company is full of lies. Customer service, insurance department and the on-site store managers employees. I have paid a for one merchandise twice. My balance still the same a year later. No one can explain why my balance is still the same. Conns insurance was to pay for items that I am still paying for an no one can give me any explanation! The have put numerous late payments on my credit. This has been a disaster for me an my family. Please stay away from this company!

This has been the worst experience of my life. Conns furniture is appropriately named. This company is a complete rip off.

This place is horrible all they do is digital online stuff and all!!!!! And they have HORRIBLE customer service!!! When I was just there, the manager was getting on my grandfathers nerves and just oml!!!!

Gave one star because you have to pick one and theres no zero star.worst company to deal with besides home zone.they were supposed to send payment book and didnt.now they want to say im late on payment.trying to charge me almost $900 for a ac unit that was $499.plus ac makes real bad noise and dont cool good.they wouldnt take it back.we brought it home and tried on first day we got it.i called right away and said i was bringing it back.they said they cant take it back.this place has the right name for them CONS all the way.dont go here.

Don't bother with Conn's! Their online customer service is the worst ever. You can never get anybody on the phone starting at 8:00 am in the morning! I think their employees just listen to the phones ring all day. Conn's is a con. I prefer Bestbuy any day over Conn's!
