I have had an account with Conn's for many years. I have always paid my bill on time, because I have hit a rough spot due to Covid, even though my payments have still been made on time, they have closed my account during the holiday season. I am very insulted and will never do business with them again.

Bad services in everything. I’m a fraud victim . Never buy anything there.

I purchase a new Italian leather living room set from Conn's in June of 2019 and the color began to fade and my couch began to peel in the seat area. I filed a claim with Conn's customer care insurance team filled out all the paper work took all the right picture's and was told that they was not going to honor my claim. I've been a loyal customer of Conn's for years and my only regret is they hold no loyalty to there outstanding customers that don't miss a payment or make late payments. In closing I'll never be conducting business with Conn's ever again in this life time and if your considering Conn's you may want to reconsider. Trust and believe they will run the interest up on your account and leave you hanging out to dry when you have any issues with your merchandise. Terry T.

i brought bedroom set from Conn's in Va . with in 30 days I wanted no dealings with these foolish people. Things started out wrong. I called Customer service asked what was my early pay-off . The agent provided info. I advised her that I had furniture guard on it 381.02 and I didn't want it .I was advised to got into the store and cancel so i did and kept the copy. on 8/13/20 called into customer service paid off account using 2 credit cards was advised allow 30 days for refund . Sept 12 called into call center this time I was advised that account was still open and warranty was still active . Then the nightmare started . I have spoken to call center Manager Dierda supervisor Molly, Jessica Julian a lot of people who promise to call and never do then tell you what you wanted to hear just to get you off the phone . I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE TO THIS STORE OR COMPANY --they have the perfect name Conn's they are nothing but Cons I have reported to BBB and also much more to come down the road . To anyone who has been unfairly treated remember there is Power in numbers excise your right at the end I will get my money and more --Conn's is worst than Covid 19 but truly how can they sleep at night ! I will see them in court-they are the worst with the worst people operating call center. True Businesses have their paperwork in order and files together. their bookkeeping is none.. DON'T SHOP AT CONN'S NOR CALL THEIR DO THEIR WAY CALL CENTER --WORST EXPERIENCE EVERY .....

Their Name says it all!! Conn Artists!! When you buy 2 reclining Sofas and a reclining chair, they'll break, destroy your wood floors, then they'll tell you it's your fault you used them more than once per day... #connartists #buyanywhereelsebutatconns

My fiance bought a TV and playstation from Conn's in Colorado Springs. He went in to make a payment January 2020. Rico took the payment...it was for $72 and change. My fiance told Rico that amount wasn't correct but Rico insisted it was. Then not even 2 days later, Conns starts calling my fiance about a missed payment, he went in, figuring he just owed the rest of the $132 we usually pay, but come to find out, our payment of $72 was put on some guys account named Jeff. Conns has made us jump through hoops to get our money back or put on our account...phone calls to managers, Kyle to be exact, phone calls to billing customer service, screenshots emailed to Conns, and they've had us do it more than once. It's now October 2020 and Conns still has not refunded our money or applied it to our account, yet they're blowing up my finance's phone for 62 cents. $72 is a lot of money for our family. The run around they've given us for almost a year is so frustrating. If you buy from Conns make sure they have the right account for in store payments, because you'll never get that money back.

My son and i went to Conn's on Hotel circle here in Albuquerque, nm and the service was somewhat good. You got followed around a lot once they seen you were looking at furniture. Then the sales person and i were talking and she saud that credit they will accept is from 250 and up. I said well i should pass that by far. So she took my info for an application and said she would be back in about 10 mins. So we waited and we noticed the manager constantly looking at me. Then she comes back to me and tells me they can't help me. When walking out we heard the manager tell the sales rep. That i was justo old. So they based me on my age and not my credit. Dirty Sob's. Don't go there people. They are conn'for sure.

I have been affected by Covid 19 and U fell behind on my account. I received numerous text and emails stating I could pay less than my normal payment and I would become current and I wouldn't get a late mark on my credit report. I called and spoke with a Supervisor .She assured me I would be current on my account If I made a good faith payment. I made to payment and 3 days later I got a late mark on my credit. I called asked to speak to a Supervisor and was told there was nothing that could be done about It. I will never do business with Conn s again. They have the worst customer service. I did not plan to be affected by Covid 19.
