I will NEVER buy from this company again. More than 3 years later I'm somehow still paying on a couch that started falling apart a year in and the tv remote stopped working and they would not even replace it. Furniture is so cheap and the warranty is a joke. By the time I pay off the items I would've paid more than triple the price! Interest on financing if you aren't able to pay of within the first year is outrageous. They are a total rip off as their name suggests. Looking back at my payment history, I also question whether they even applied all of my payments as the balance is still really high and have been paying for over 3 years now! Also refinanced last year to lower my monthly payments and they assured me that there would be no negative impact on my credit from doing this, and that ended up being a total lie. They reported my account as delinquent after it was already supposed to be switched over to the new refinanced account! When I called them on it, they basically just said "oops, sorry.. the representative forgot to report the changes".. they did not even try to rectify the situation. So at this point they have screwed me over every way possible. Don't waste your money. Stay away from Conn's!

My mom wanted a new fridge and heard of Conn's so on March 12th 2021 she found and purchased a Samsung bottom freezer with extra drawer and side by side doors with water and ice in the door and a peek a poo door on the right. Well it was to be delivered and set up with water line to icemaker connected by the delivery person. Fisrt of all the delivery person had a trainer with him to "TRAIN" HIM on how to do this. The trainer pulled up a Utube video on his phone to train the delivery person how to remove and reinstall the doors and drawers as to get it threw the door at our home. Simple right? WRONG!!!! I was working on my utility trailer so not present while all this happened but when I got home at 1730 the fridge was in the kitchen and a alarm was going off on the fridge. Nice right 😤 plus the peek door on the right fell off when I opened it up. I got on ladder and looked at it and found it was not connected all wires were left out exposed and the panel was off. Now still listening to alarm go off every five minutes. I called Samsung Warranty and got a appointment for Tuesday. Remember it's not Samsung's fault. Called Conn's and they can't get anyone out until Monday. Remind you I still have a alarm going off every 5 minutes and no workable fridge. My parents are in there 70's and these 2 installers/ delivery men left our home with the fridge like this and went where ever they had to be. Now is that how you conduct business. The store was still opened for business when I called to complain yet they couldn't or wouldn't do anything before Monday? I will not revisit, recommended or make excuses for a business that treats there customers, especially senior citizen customers in thus manner. So now I am paying out of pocket to have a local appliance repair company to come out on Sunday March 14th to properly install doors on fridge and connect the waterline for icemaker. Don't purchase anything from Conn's. You'll regret it! If I could add a picture to this review I would because I do have plenty.

Wow I usually read reviews before purchasing but it was 2 lazy boys so I didnt bother. BIG MISTAKE, The sales person told me I can try the 2 recliners out for 30 days after 3 days 1 was already falling apart and we hated the other 1. We went to the store they said 30 exchange on our dryer only you're STUCk with those chairs all sales are final!! I had then first 3 fricking days!! Go to walkers anywhere that offers option to change. You cant tell by trying a chair out for 5 minutes!!! STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!!!BEWARE

Please dont try to get a account with CONNS. They treat return customes like new customers. If talk to them on the phone, they want you to come to the store to ask the same questions...

PLEASE DON’T PURCHASE FROM CONNS HOME PLUS!! I purchased an Italian leather sofa and love seat in June of 2019, from the Baton Rouge store on Airline. The salesman told me the set was ITALIAN LEATHER and the tags stated that it was ITALIAN LEATHER, but the COLOR on the sofa and love seat has FADED and one of the RECLINERS are BROKEN with only TWO senior citizens using it. I have never missed a payment and have been calling since 2020, about this FRAUDULENT product, but they say my warranty had expired, why would you need an extended warranty on what is supposed to be Top grade leather, Italian Leather should not be fading unless they sold me FRAUDULENT furniture that was not LEATHER at all. Any Dummy know that Top grade leather doesn’t fade out like that. Every time I call, I was transferred from one department to another and then I’m disconnected. They want you to continue to pay for Fraudulent FAKE LEATHER furniture. Someone needs to hold this company accountable for FALSE ADVERTISING. They are selling Fake Leather as ITALIAN LEATHER. I was so proud when I got my furniture, NOW I’M DISAPPOINTED and DISGUSTED.

I never will buy anything from Conns. I have bad customer service with them. I purchased twice from Conns, both times I had terrible experience. I paid them before 12 months interest free deal. After I paid them they still calling for my monthly payment also they reported to credit bureaus. it’s really bad company.

I hope no one shops at Conns again. So first, I ordered a computer desk, a computer tower, a computer chair, a computer monitor and a refrigerator. I was told the refrigerator would take about a month before delivery. No big deal. I put down a $900 payment and the rest was like on a credit thing. Took the tower home and it sucked. Took it back and got a replacement. It still sucked. Decided we no longer wanted it as the system clearly doesn't work. They demanded we pay $150 fee for them to restock it even though the device didn't even work. Of course I was forced to pay it. They sent a check out for the reimbursement that I paid. Over 45 days later, still no check. On top of that, the refrigerator I ordered never came on the day they said it would. Never even called. Apparently, it's out of stock. But it was out of stock a month ago, so doesn't make sense. Then I was told it would be here one week later. It says it's not coming that day either. I mean, honestly. So fed up with Conns right now. And yes, I'm still waiting for my $900 back.

Their credit is a JOKE! Not only will you have an inquiry on your credit report, but just by them checking it, you may lose some points. However, once approved, and what they don't tell you, is that you have days to make a purchase, or they will cancel your credit with them. Not only is their credit system a pathetic joke, but compare their prices against others, and you will see that this joke of a company is NOT competitive. Their name alone, Conn's is a perfect name for them since they are nothing but CON'S!!! Do yourself a favor, and warn your friends and family, to stay far away from this company. Upon checking their name on Google, they have tons of complaints. This bogus company is NOT a company you can trust, and especially NOT a company you would want to do business with!!! STAY AWAY!!!
