Conn's HomePlusReviews of conns.com

published review 7/17/24 WARNING ⚠️ This company is the worst be aware they target low income family promising great finance options ect. It's a lie be mindfull of all contracts and look them over closely you will pay 10 times what its worth plus they have no clue what true customer service is . I received broken furniture upon delivery. Due to the fact I signed for it, they would not replace it. Been a customer for 4 years now and have never been so discussed with a company . So glad my time as a customer is near the end . I will never buy anything from this company!!

Recently visited the Tanger outlet location in North Charleston, SC. My experience was horrible. I went to the desk to meet with a salesman and no one came after 15min of waiting. Two ladies walked up and never acknowledged me whatsoever, so I ask do you guys not see me standing? They replied we will be with u in a min. After another 5min of waiting still no acknowledgment! So I decided to call the store while I’m in the store and the lady standing behind the desk who said they will be with me shortly answered saying “thanks for calling conns how can I help you? The other lady noticed it was me calling so she hung up. I walked out without service. The other gentleman stood near doing something else but never checked to see what’s was going on. Had I not have an account with them I’d be closing my card ! Professional service was more than poor!!

The samsung stove/oven did not last 15 times I travel for work so used approximately 15 time year and half old. The control panel will not work Conns say warranty only for year, says I didn't take out extended warranty but I did on other things I bought spent over $6000 never missed a payment. So Insurance hung up on me Conns hung up on me. So unprofessional.

The store team was friendly enough, but my $700 bed broke after six months due to poor design and materials quality. Conn’s DOES NOT stand behind their products. My warranty claim was denied as “not covered”. The particle board was poorly manufactured and separated suddenly, leaving me with a $700 pile of what used to be a bed. Don’t waste your money on their product lines. Even with delivery and setup, their products fall apart fast and you’re stuck with the bill. Run away! -Edit- July 10, 2024 - The Conn's reply to the Google Review is MISLEADING to say the least. They do not stand behind their products, and they DO NOT try to work it out with the customer. My concerns WERE NOT addressed, I was dismissed outright. These folks are proving themselves to be absolutely disreputable! Don't buy anything from them that you aren't willing to lose.

I purchased a washer/dryer set June 9, 2023 on 12 months no interest plan. These folk added service contract agreements of 319.99 for each piece… they also added property insurance and credit life or rental insurance. Once I finished fighting to have all the stuff THEY ADDED WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE OR MY CONSENT removed… I get a final payoff amount of 824… the set was 679 each plus shipping and all the EXTRA fees they charge… total came to 1839.. I make my FINAL payment of 643 on June 23… final date to pay was July 3… so I’ve paid 1839 for my set.. Now they’re saying I still owe 633 MORE dollars??? All the interest was added back since they said my payment was late???? Huh??? NOT HAPPENING!!! BUYERS BEWARE PLEASE!!! I wouldn’t buy a toothpick from this company! RUDE associates ( 2 of 3 hung up on me) … I feel like Ceily in The Color Purple… “all my life I had to fight” I’ve turned it over to the Better BusinessBureau

The only good thing with Conn's was your delivery from Civic Center Las Vegas. Conn screwed up our order and took 2 weeks then on delivery day, they said oh, it's not in stock now, seriously? Then you use another country for customer service, where they don't understand Americans. Bad services, your name is what you really are a Con!

Conns charges you 50 percent interest and if you miss one payment they harass you and call none stop they are properly named Cons don't use them. The furniture is cheap and over priced.

I wanted to set up auto-pay so I called "cutomer service" (what a joke) I asked if i pay today when will the next paynent be due he said 7/5/2024 a week later they billed me another payment so I called and explained what happened and was told i would get a refund in 7-10 days that was 23 days ago! read the reviews folks thos is a shody company to buy from
