I purchased a treadmill. I used it once and it was defective. Conn’s was not helpful in getting the treadmill repaired. I was given the phone number of the treadmill manufacturer and told to call them. The Store manager at the Zaragoza store, Gladys, would not return my calls. When I finally did speak with Gladys, she did not follow through with her promises. My salesman, Omar, would reply to texts but would not answer my calls. Do not shop Conn’s. Everyone who a bad experience should file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and their state attorney general for deceptive business practices.

WORDS CANNOT DESCRIBE MY DISAPPOINTMENT AND ANGER WITH THIS COMPANY!!! I HAVE BEEN CALLING SINCE JULY 2021 (WITH PHONE HOLD TIMES MORE THAN ONE HOUSE) TO GET FURNITURE THAT WAS PUT TOGETHER IN A RUSH FIXED AND SUCTION CUPS FOR TWO GLASSTOP END TABLES. I WAS TREATED NICE WHEN I WAS AT THE STORE BUT AFTER BUYING YOU ARE TREATED LIKE CRAP!!!

I received my furniture on 9-15-21 and it STOPPED working on 09-25-21 so I called the center to see about getting it repaired and they can't make it out unil 10-13-21...yes that right 18 days WITHOUT THE FULL USE OF MY FURNITURE. First of all they had my address wrong and couldn't give me a time that they would arrive for the repair. I even called Corporate and was told from one of them inconsiderate people, that if I wanted to I could walk in the store and fill out a voluntary repossession form but that they would not pick it up because they do not take furniture back. I could care less about the form, I just wanted someone to tell me what TIME FRAME it would be so I wouldn't have to take the entire day off!!!! I have gotten no help at all cause they all sing the same song, "we use a third party and there's nothing we can do." If I wanted Rent A Center quality I would have gone there but shoppers beware of Conn's their name fit the company very well

I wish I had seen the reviews before I purchased! This gave me such a headache that I didn’t need! The only reason I chose them was because they had it in stock! Once I placed my order I was told my order would be delivered that following week, well here I am a month still waiting on my washer and dryer! They never call you back you have to call them! It’s a shame in how they treat their customers because they do have good deal But they miss lead you always read there policy in how things work! I know we get busy with every day life things but if we take the time to just read it will save you heartache… also there website is very confusing to use! They need to keep up with technology most people use their phones to shop and make orders! Conns you conned me and I am dissatisfied with your business and y’all should be ashamed in how y’all treat your paying customers!

Would give less stars if I could You do not get warranty with merchandise unless you pay for it Even if it's less than a month old have not made a first payment on the yet and it's went bad

I bought a sofa from Conn’s and within 15 days the arm starting falling off the sofa. I immediately submitted a claim to the warranty department. The claim was denied!! I thought the sofa would have a manufacturer’s warranty but apparently not or Conn’s is to lazy to summit a claim. Conn’s should put disclaimer on all furniture in the showroom “sold as is”.

PLEASE DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. They bring defective products to your home and make you wait weeks before they bring a replacement. I wish I would have seen these reviews before I purchased from this company. The representatives in the store are good. But the customer service line is very disrespectful and rude. They only care about the bottom line, they could care less about customer satisfaction. Managers cannot help when problems occurs, I am not sure what their positions entail, because they allow representatives to disrespect and hang up on customers. I will not buy anything else from them. It is a shame because they have some great looking, although overpriced pieces.

Unfortunately that is not good enough already submitting all pics and emails to better business bureau about this matter .As a customer you have disrespected me ,you delivered a defected tv I have all the evidence of this This is not the end of the matter and will definitely not be paying a restocking fee for a tv that was unboxed by your delivery team I have cameras in my property and outside all on video Plus have sent pics of the defect pictures
