We purchase the protection plan for our furniture, and when we noticed a defect on our furniture we was denied help with our furniture each time and we spent 12,000 dollars with Conn's, this was so sad because they persuade me to get the protection plan & was refuse help...

Horrible Customer Support
We had a dishwasher work for a few months. Still in warranty. So 4 separate techs over a 4 week period over a month now, we have had no dishwasher. They send a new tech everytime that cant find the issue then pass it on to the next to start from scratch all over again. On top of that this past time the tech was supposed to be here at 3pm, then 5pm, now waiting till 7pm with no dishwasher for over a month, phone support just says "there is a process". I work in customer service and am amazed at how horrible Conns is with theirs. You can pay for the extended plan but just know you may be waiting a very long time to see results.

Just poor quality and poor service
I wish I had seen these reviews before buying two sofas from Conn's. The sofas foam cushions started to break down within 6 months of purchase. In addition, the back cushions which have fiberfill are also breaking down. Their solution is to send more fill and replace the bottom cushions with the SAME material. After the furniture tech arrived in our home we also noticed that a seam on the cover had come apart so he also said he would order a new cover. A few days later I attempted to lift one cushion to flip it and reverse with the other in order to hide the damaged seam and imagine my surprise to see that the bottom of the cushion had black greasy marks all over it. My mistake for not checking it when it was delivered, but I'm typically not expecting a company to send dirty items. As it turns out another cushion also had a dirty bottom and a third cushion had holes near the zipper. All in all these are just junk sofas. Their response is that I've started a claim for repairs and I've had them for 6 months and they will do NOTHING for return or exchange. Probably the worst customer service I've encountered in a long time. The person with whom I spoke simply sounds like a parrot repeating the same sentences over and over. I did a google review and someone replied that they were so sorry about my experience and they would be in touch. That was a lie, as well. My husband is disabled and when we bought these sofas in good faith we never imagined that we would essentially be out over two thousand dollars with furniture that we can barely use. NEVER use this company!

Horrible Experience with Conn's!!
Horrible Experience with Conn's!!! I wish I had read reviews before I got involved with this terrible company. They don't deserve one star! We purchased a refrigerator, microwave and a dishwasher in November of last year. When the installer came to install the microwave and the dishwasher, he informed me that they had sent the wrong microwave. I called the store and they did not have the microwave I needed so I was advised to return it to the store for a refund. I had too take it back myself. A couple of months after the dishwasher was installed, we discovered that if you pull out both full drawers of the dishwasher that it falls out of the cabinet. The installer had not put two screws in to hold the dishwasher in place. I contacted Conn's and for eight months I have been getting the runaround from Conn's, NAL Group Installers and CRST Home Solutions. The dishwasher is still not secure and nothing is being done by Conn's to rectify the situation. I definitely got CONNED!

Devastation caused by Conns
To whom it may concern:
The damages to the Risk were caused by the delivery company who self-identifies as a subcontractor of JB HUNT. JB Hunt, according to the subcontractor, is contracted by Conn’s.
The damages shown were solely caused by the two delivery drivers who delivered the refrigerator, damages were not only caused by moving the new refrigerator being moved into the Risk but also in taking the existing refrigerator out. The drivers requested $150 dollars in cash in front of William Parker (The Customer) and Jason Parker (the customer's son). The reason given for the request was that there was no note in the work order to remove the existing refrigerator and both drivers thought the move was going to be difficult. Additionally, the request was made after the Kenmore was taken apart and the moving had begun. The larger driver wanted $100 but the smaller driver wanted $150 cash to complete the move. It was requested that the existing refrigerator be taken to the garage, it was left half partly assembled in the gravel driveway in front of an open garage door.
Damage to three solid oak 120-year-old doors was witnessed by both William Parker and Jason Parker. Damage to the wood floors was witnessed as well by both William Parker and Jason Parker. It was mentioned during the delivery that damages had taken place by William Parker but neither of the delivery drivers responded. Laughter took place, grunting noises and at one point the larger driver said he was hung in the doorway going into the kitchen, William Parker asked they PLEASE be careful stating there are Kitchenaid appliances near the area where the refrigerator had become stuck. Both refrigerators were damaged by the drivers and the ice maker leaked all night long. Being found the following day when the damages to the new refrigerator were found due to the fact that the refrigerator had to be moved exposing the damages to the lower left side of at least 9 to 12 deep dents, a large scuff on the top front face. The Kenmore that was new flawless now has multiple damages.
The owner of the delivery company had stated he has been doing this for 5 years, he does not plan on paying the claim, we signed a release of liability. The only release signed is the standard for waterline attachment. All other liability coverage should be in place at this time.
Please see the pictures included.
Both William Parker and Jason Parker are insurance adjusters. William 20 plus years and Jason 10 plus years. We are seeking full damages and reduction on the cost of the new refrigerator if not reduced to zero and shown paid in full, damages for the Kenmore as well. All the doors in the 1900 American Arts and Crafts match both upstairs and downstairs with an antique patina matching finish, the floors are original to the home.
This is a brief statement of loss but when asked a recorded statement offering more detail can be given. At this time our insurance company Travelers has not been contacted, no subrogation may or may not be needed, based on how the file moves forward.
I await Conn's representative and would like to speak to the carrier in regards to the liability coverage and how best to move forward.

Credit score dropped after paid in full
I got a tv stand a little over a year ago and was told by a rep that if I waited to pay it off after 6 months that it would boost my credit score. I paid my account off in full a month ago and when they reported it to my credit as account closed my credit score dropped. I called Conns and they told me to call customer service or dispute with the credit bureaus and it would be fixed. I submit a dispute through the credit bureaus and they let me know that Conns told them it was reported correctly. I cant believe I was lied to.

Purchased furniture
If you're willing to buy furniture, do not go to this company. THERE ARE MORE GOOD STORES. If you did, Texas Department of Customers affairs Customer affairs will take your complaint if any. This company should be called THIEF FURNITURE INSTEAD of CONN'S . First, they y told me I was not approved by Synchrony bank. This bank has 29.99 %. They approved me at 34.99 %. ALSO THEY'RE TRYING TO f...ck me up with a unauthorized charge for an insurance. I have mine an I already sent them my policy but they won't give me credit... They're expert in excuses. I MADE A TEST... I APPLIED SYNCHRONY BANK BY MYSELF AND I WAS APPROVED. THEY LIED... THATS THEIR EXPERTISE...
HOPE GOV. MAKE AUDIT AND CLOSE THIS PLACE...
