I purchase appliances from Conns and had it delivered to my home. They called me to say they are on the way and will be here in 30 min. it took them a 1hr and 30 min. When they arrive it took them another 15 min just to knock at my door, the guy came in to look at my connections and then walked back out it took them at least 30-40 min to get it off the truck not to mention smelling like pot. When they were done he said one part was damaged that they need to re-order it. So, I received a call the next day saying they will be here between 2-5, on that day at 3:57n I got a call saying they on the way in 30 min, after an hour no show waited another 10-15 min, I call to see the ETA she said that they have two more stops until they get to me. and that I was scheduled between 3:30 to 6:30 woa! I had the email saying 2-5 and the phone call saying so. I should have known better to order from Conns, I had ordered a dishwasher a few years back when the copper was being stolen from all over town and they took all my copper piping and didn't even install the dishwasher properly it kept falling out of the space. I dont think I can order from them again not feeling safe with who they have. There so much Id like to say but I'm afraid these people know where I live. understandably there is a window for the delivery time but this ridiculous.
