The app has web and app versions which do not sync sometimes which are annoying to me, but the support team is helpful and responsive. My four stars are giving to them.

I had an incident in the tickets of my store due to Spanish legislation. In order to comply, I needed to make complex changes to my ticket format. Hana, with limitless patience, tried again and again until she finally got my back. I am very grateful. Very good work.
