Even though that were a few errors from day 1 I use, but their technical support is always on standby there almost 24 hours to serve you. They can solve my problems and continue to keep me updated on the reports. Will keep using this for my business. Good work.

Other than the bot running its time-out message which made my conversation confusing until Lynn was able to fix it. I very much appreciated the attention to detail and quick service. The resolution has been painless and I cannot speak more highly of this experience.

The app has web and app versions which do not sync sometimes which are annoying to me, but the support team is helpful and responsive. My four stars are giving to them.
