Very good alternative to Shopify's current POS system. Customer service is also excellent. In case of problems or ambiguities, a solution is sought the same day. They also support you with remote assistance by taking over your computer. Recommended!

Hana was great with helping me troubleshoot our inventory problem.

I started to use ConnectPOS in my small supermarket in Dec 2022. At the beginning, it was fine. However, there are various small problems that I experience every week or every two two weeks. The Chat is not available 24/7 as the salesperson promised. Problems usually start on weekend which is the busiest time, but the chat is unable to respond during weekend. The app suddenly removed my receipt printer and doesn't allow reinstallation for 3 days. CS said they are working on something with the print function, so caused the problem. New version of app downloaded earlier this morning can't solve the problem. I am now operating a supermarket which can't print receipt to customers. I am going to look for new POS for my shop.
