I couldn't be happier with the support I've received from Mia at Connect POS. She has been an absolute game-changer for our team, providing consistent, proactive support every step of the way. From initial setup to troubleshooting, Mia was always just a call or email away, often anticipating our needs before we even had to ask. Her in-depth knowledge of the platform and her dedication to helping us maximize its features truly set her apart. Mia's patience, responsiveness, and problem-solving skills made all the difference, and we’re grateful to have had such an exceptional partner to rely on. Highly recommend her as an account rep for anyone looking to make the most of their Connect POS experience!

I am very impressed with how kind and supportive the team at ConnectPos is. They are truly dedicated to helping small and medium-sized businesses grow. They offer a range of unique features that you won't find with other providers in their category, and they make available functions that are typically only accessible to large corporations. Highly recommended for any business looking to take their growth to the next level!
