This was a simple purchase, made directly from the website. It was a product I have bought in the past. Not much "experience" to report on.

Several years ago I ordered many computers and the service was great. However when I got my new salesman,Jacob Ferreira, that's when the service went down. I emailed him 3 weeks ago and never got a response. I then called the company and left a voicemail with him, and never got a return call. I called the company back and asked for his manager and left a message with him, and still no return call. I do wish they had good people working for them still because they were very helpful at one time.

This is the 2nd time I ordered this item. The first time, the item never arrived and was shipped back to your warehouse; this time my item arrived very quickly!

First off - the price was awesome for the product I bought ! -- Then -- after purchasing online - I immediately recvd an email stating that Connection wanted to make sure it was my CC - I called in and immediately was on the line with Ian -- who asked me a question or two to confirm my purchase -- and said I would be getting updates on re: shipping etc-- and I have -- VERY professional !

First time ordering From here. I have to say. They get 5 out of 5 stars. I never had an issue with them. And I would definitely be ordering more in the future from them.
