Purchased a USB stick that the page said was available and "ships in 3 to 4 days." 3 days later I get a message saying I need to suddenly be "verified" despite already having placed the order with all of my info which is valid and relevant to the purchase (card number, address, full name, email). They tell me my purchase will be "delayed without verification" yet any normal person would assume verification is ... handing them your money and all of your info ahead of time successfully as that is what a purchase that is verified basically is. I don't play these silly games because why should I have to go through more hassle dealing with their bureaucracy when I should be receiving a very simple item I paid for? They are basically a terrible company that pays on BBB to keep their A+ rating.

AI based security flagging delayed my order for 5 days and they forced me to email from a corporate email for a personal purchase. I tried to buy from connection because they were a certified reseller. Should have just bought it off Amazon

I ordered my device early AUGUST kept checking couldn’t find it tried calling multiple times could not get through! Finally get through they cancelled my order and couldn’t get an answer why Rep would not help me order it on the phone, got frustrated and had to re order it Not happy at all with service extremely poor communication and bad service on the phone Completely disappointed I this company

One of those arrogant stores that believe they don't need customers and that it is customers who need them. Orders don't go through, giving error messages about problems with the credit card. When you call your bank, you are told that no attempts had been made to charge the card. And when you call Connection.com about it, you are connected with some sad cat lady who lies in your face that YOUR bank told her YOUR credit card was fraudulent. Can you believe this nonsense? Any offers to create a conference call with the bank are refused. You can just sense hostility in her voice and her lack of desire to continue the conversation. I've experienced a similar attitude with B&H Photo and Video, and now, Connection.com joins the list of stores I will never deal with again. And you know what the worst part is? When you try placing an order, they make you enter all kinds of information, which you have an option to save or not save in the system. The problem is even when you remove the checkmark and don't save any of the information, for some reason, that cat lady still has all of it the next day even though no order was placed (since the system doesn't even let you place one) and none of that information appears in the account. I.e. they still store all of the information even when you tell them not to
