The item I ordered was exactly as described at an amazing price. Shipped quickly and was packaged to protect the item. This was my first experience with Connection but I will be ordering all of my computer supplies through them from now on.

They charged me twice for three Meraki licenses and 10 days on they still have not delivered. No one picks up the phone and they don't reply to emails. I'm gonna have to do a credit card chargeback.. :(
