My experience with this company is outstanding. Tyler calls to check on you and the product. When I first got the system, he made sure it was hooked up properly. Customer Service is outstanding. Every ti.e I called them they was on the ball.

I have had the connected service now for over a year and working with them has been outstanding. We have been to multiple areas where we have had to change the carrier so we get the best service possible and they were always very attentive to making this change even After hours and on weekends. The overall customer service has been fantastic and they are always there to help. I highly recommend them for all of your Internet access needs.

Called in and had a few questions for Tyler... he really just listened to what I need and even tried to save me $$ y taking his own time and researching my address to actually let me know that I don't have a 5g signal and didn't need to spend any extra $$ on that right now. He took care of everything from A-Z. Few months in and I have 0 complaints.. TY Tyler and ConnecTen!!!
