I have had ConnecTen internet for a while now. I bought it primarily to use while traveling in my motorhome, however after using it I cancelled my home internet and began using ConnecTen at home as well. It has been fantastic . I had some issues at home in the begining but the incredible service team was able to diagnose the issue and get me up and running in no time at all. when issues returned they recommended an external antenna. That corrected the problem ... When storms affected service, the service team was very quick to respond and connect me with the available internet (ATT, TMobile,Vorizon) People like Tracy, Mysti and Rochelle were incredibly professional, friendly and eager to help get me back on line . even taking the time to converse with me in a manner that makes me feel important, instead of an inconvenience like some companies do . No matter where I go when traveling, I have had outstanding connection... when it was slower than normal or sketchy ... a quick call to the service pros and I was back on line . I have and will always highly recommend ConnecTen to anyone and everyone that needs good internet at home or when traveling.
