This was our first venture into full time RV life and Connecten is better than eexpected. Wife works full time from the road and the campground is in a bad location for.cell service. We booted up and could not get a connection, alas, Customer Service to the rescue. They connected us direct to the strongest signal and it has performed flawlessly ever since. This is a great service since I can quickly have ConnecTen switch between wireless carriers if I have a poor connection. Support is always available and switching never takes more than a few minutes.
